The assembly has a heat exchanger system (104) comprising an outlet (122a) placed between a case (24) of a rigid structure of a pylon (4) and an engine. The outlet emerges out inside a rear aerodynamic fairing (66) of the pylon. The outlet is placed in rear with respect to a rear engine mount (8). The system has an exchanger (114) arranged inside the fairing that is entirely situated in rear with respect to the engine mount. The fairing has an air outlet opening with a controllable mobile structure permitting to modify an aerodynamic shape of the fairing.
