An impact resistance floor board is provided to minimize crack due to impact, to cut down manufacturing cost, and to improve the durability by bonding plywood and veneer sheets to a hard thermoplastic synthetic resin panel without an expensive adhesive. A floor board is manufactured by plywood(50) formed by stacking and bonding plural veneer sheets(10) with an adhesive(30). A veneer sheet(11) is contacted and bonded to an upper part(20-1) of a hard thermoplastic synthetic resin panel(20), and the upper soft part is filled with projections corresponding to clearances of the veneer sheet by heating and pressurizing the upper part of the hard thermoplastic synthetic resin panel and the veneer sheet at temperature of 80 to 300 deg.C under pressure of 50kgf/cm^2 to 200kgf/cm^2. The veneer sheet is stuck to the upper part of the hard thermoplastic synthetic resin panel by solidifying, and a veneer sheet(12) is mounted to a lower part(20-2) of the hard thermoplastic synthetic resin panel. |
