PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user side to easily obtain a time certificate of voice data of an IP telephone set, and to freely handle the acquired time certificate. SOLUTION: An IP telephone set has a voice recording means 13 for recording voice to generate recording data; a time certificate acquiring means 14 for acquiring a time certificate in which time information is given to the recorded data or digest data and encrypted; an operating means 62 for causing the time certificate acquiring means to execute acquiring processing of the time certificate; and a data accumulating means 16 for accumulating the time certificate acquired by the time certificate acquiring means together with the recorded data.
