PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior door mounting structure capable of reducing generation of the vibration propagating to a fore-end of an interior door. SOLUTION: The interior door mounting structure comprises an opening part 11 recessed in an instrument panel 10, a door 20 for opening/closing the opening part, and a retainer 30 mounted on an opening edge of the opening part to turnably support the door. The retainer 30 is flexibly mounted on the instrument panel 10, the retainer is vibrated by the impact applied to the door to reduce the vibration of the interior door. A pair of arms 21 are provided on the door 20. A pair of erected claw parts 36 and a supporting member 32 for rotatably supporting fore-ends of the arms are provided on a fore-end 30A of the retainer. A base end 30B of the retainer is fixed to the instrument panel, the claw parts 36 are freely fitted in holes in the instrument panel, and the fore-end 30A of the retainer is vibrated by the impact applied to the door.
