<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiled egg without shell saving the trouble of shelling, prevented from mixture of shells into products, applicable to HACCP, easily produced and having good appearance without causing deformation on its shape: and to provide a method for producing a boiled egg with no shell. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a boiled egg without shell comprises the following process: a process of casting liquid egg yolk 10 into a mold I11, freezing the liquid egg yolk in a freezer I12 while being molded to obtain a frozen egg yolk 16; a process of injecting liquid albumen 20 into one side of a mold II21 followed by charging the frozen egg yolk 16 in the liquid albumen, freezing the mixture in a freezer II22 while being molded to obtain a half body of the frozen whole egg 23; a process of casting the egg albumen 20 into another side of the mold II21 followed by being joined to the half body of the frozen whole egg, and freezing the half body of the frozen whole egg in a freezer III25 to obtain a frozen whole egg 26; and a process of heating whole the casting mold II21 in a boiling tank 27 until the frozen whole egg 26 is thawed and deformed to be solidified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
