PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body cover fastening structure capable of hiding a fastening member and a fastening bearing surface in a vehicle body cover. SOLUTION: In the vehicle body cover fastening structure with a cover member 52 for constituting a part of a vehicle body cover mounted on the other member 51 by using a fastening member 53R, an opening part 59R is formed in the cover member 52, a fastening bearing surface 61R for mounting the fastening member 53R is provided on the inner side of the cover member 52, and the axes are across each other so that the axis 66 of the fastening bearing surface is not parallel to the axis 63 of the opening part. When the axis 63 of the opening part is made to agree with the sight line, the inside of the cover member 52 can be excellently observed. On the other hand, the fastening bearing surface 61R is arranged at the position away from the axis 63 of the opening part, and the fastening bearing surface 61R and the fastening member 53R cannot be easily seen from the opening part 59R. Thus, a structure can be provided, in which the fastening member 53R and the fastening bearing surface 61R can be hidden, and the appearance of the vehicle body cover can be enhanced.
