PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremely high spatial resolution and a high contrast with a method system well-known to doctors without a long time in a mammography tomosynthesis. SOLUTION: An X-ray apparatus has a tube equipped with an X-ray emitting focus for emitting X-ray intensity transmitting through a subject in predetermined many main emitting directions along the path. This apparatus moves the X-ray tube along the path toward the subject. This apparatus has an X-ray detector obtaining many X-ray image data showing many main emitting directions. This apparatus differentially distributes predetermined X-ray intensity in many main emitting directions.
