<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relief valve capable of lowering its make-up starting pressure with respect to the relief valve having make-up functions. <P>SOLUTION: An annular rib is formed at the outer side of a pilot piston 160, the outer peripheral face of an orifice 112 is partially cut to form a space, an outer spring 170 closing a main poppet 120 is mounted between a valve seat 130 and an outer face of the rib, and an inner spring 180, for canceling acting force of the outer spring, is mounted between an inner face of the rib and a cut face of the main poppet. According to this constitution, since the elastic force of the outer spring closing the main poppet will be canceled by the inner spring, even if external force acts on and cylinder flow-out quantity increases, while being contracted, the pressure of the tank side will not increase, and make-up function can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
