PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-angle fixed-type constant velocity universal joint which is always the most suitable for high-angle usage, and which can prevent the rotational backlash, improve the assembly characteristics, and reduce the manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: The high angle fixed type constant velocity universal joint is provided with a pair of constant velocity universal joints 1A and 1B. Each of the universal joints 1A and 1B is provided with an outer ring 5 forming a plurality of track grooves 4 in a spherical inner surface 3, an inner ring 8 forming a plurality of track grooves 7 in a spherical outer surface 6, a ball 9 arranged in a ball track formed by both the track grooves 4 and 7 jointly, and a retainer 10 to retain the ball 9.
