ID LINKING METHOD, ID LINKING SYSTEM AND ID LINKING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for linking IDs necessary for a site support service in an event site and a Web support service that enables more advanced personal support connecting both services, and an ID linking system and an ID linking device for implementing the method.

SOLUTION: An ID acquisition device 2a, 2b, 2c, ... provided in an information kiosk 3 acquires a device ID of a user device 1. A display 4 displays a list of usernames registered for a Web support service, and a keyboard or the like receives the input of the user on the list. A Web ID corresponding to the selected username is read from a database and associated with the device ID.
