PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration absorbing device and its manufacturing method for improving the shaping stability of a rubber elastic body. SOLUTION: A resin is injected/filled into a cavity of a resin injection molding die and the resin injection molding die is cooled. After the resin is solidified, the resin injection molding die is separated therefrom. Thus, one split body 20 is injection molded. In the same way, another split body 21 is molded. Then, an inner cylinder body 11 and the two split bodies 20, 21 are set in the cavity of a rubber injection molding die, and a rubber is injected/filled in the cavity in this state and the rubber injection molding die is heated. After the rubber is vulcanized, the rubber injection molding die is separated therefrom. Thus, the rubber elastic body 13 is injection molded to produce the vibration absorbing device 10.
