PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muddy water seal capable of preventing muddy water from intruding therein through a clearance between insertion parts such as a housing and an injection pipe inserted in the opening of the housing. SOLUTION: This muddy water seal comprises an annular seal elastic body 2 disposed on the outer peripheral side of the injection pipe 22 on the outside of the housing 24, an injection pipe seal 25, and a fixing pipe bolt 23. The seal elastic body 2 integrally comprises an annular base part 3 disposed without a tolerance against the fixing pipe bolt 23, an outer peripheral seal part 4 fitted to the outer peripheral surface of an outward tube part 24b, and an inner peripheral seal part 5 fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the injection pipe 22.
