PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high energy efficiency by generating gaseous hydrogen mixed in a liquid fuel by using deceleration energy of a vehicle, in relation to a hydrogen-using internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: In regenerative power generation by a regenerative power generation means 56 and during stop of fuel injection by a fuel injection device 18, a hydrogen generation means 50 is operated to generate gaseous hydrogen by using deceleration energy recovered by the regenerative power generation means 56 while circulation means 32 and 54 are operated to circulate the liquid fuel between the fuel injection device 18 and a hydrogen mixing means 52. The gaseous hydrogen generated by the hydrogen generation means 50 is mixed in the circulating liquid fuel by operating the hydrogen mixing means 52. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
