PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face material penetrating type house apparatus providing easy attachment work and positive fixing of a casing with respect to surface material, and providing easy detachment of the casing from the surface material even after finishing attachment of the apparatus to the surface material. SOLUTION: The surface material penetrating type house apparatus (a ventilation fan 1) is provided with an attaching structure of piercing cylinder part 7 of the casing 2 through the surface material, and abutting a flange part 6 on the surface material. A vice 9 is arranged facing the flange part 6 on the cylinder part 7, and it is provided such that moving and fixing can be carried out between a position more than a thickness dimension of the surface material from the flange part 6, and a position less than the thickness dimension in an axial direction of the cylinder part 7 by operation from a flange part 6 side.
