PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal piping inspection/maintenance apparatus that facilitates insertion into piping, that enables an execution means or an inspection means to be precisely positioned on an inner wall of the piping through easy centering with the piping, and that thereby makes accurate execution and inspection possible. SOLUTION: The internal piping inspection/maintenance apparatus comprises: a guide pipe 7 insertable into a target piping 1; a guide pipe moving mechanism 8 for moving the guide pipe 7 in the axial direction inside the piping 1; an executing means 4 for performing operations such as repair/inspection for the inner wall of the piping 1; and a positioning mechanism 9 that moves on the guide pipe moving mechanism 8 and that positions the executing means 4 on the inner wall of the piping 1. In the apparatus, a positioning guide 6 that comes in contact with the inner wall of the piping 1 is provided in the guide pipe 7. There are also provided a moving mechanism 10 that actuates the executing means 4 in the radial direction of the piping 1 and a moving means 12 that can move in the longitudinal and circumferential directions of the guide pipe 7, wherein the moving means 12 has the executing means 4 and positions it on the target inner wall of the piping 1.
