PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ski wax capable of perfectly elicit the lubricating performance (sliding performance), without hindrance, of a compounded ingredient such as a metallic soap, silicone resin or fluororesin to be inherently exerted, and improving the performance more stably. SOLUTION: The ski wax is such as to be used singly without being compounded at all in polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fine powder among fluororesins having physical stability and excellent in lubricating performance, thus eliciting such PTFE-inherent performance and preventing the PTFE particles from being embedded in fat-and-oil or mineral oil and blocking fixation owing to no compounding of the fat-and-oil or mineral oil, thereby exerting lubricity more powerfully.
