The widening and expansion apparatus has two shanks (1a,1b) connected with one another over a joint (2), where the spreading of the shanks takes place by a fixing or lockable adjusting mechanism (3). The adjusting mechanism enables a stepless distance adjustment of the shanks. A setscrew, a threaded rod or a threaded bar is arranged or designed, such that it projecting lower end (3b) presses against the latter shank by turning it inside. |
