To tension the plastic sheet (6) to the wall, the device consists of metal profile part (11) with cross-section of closed cover profile in whose U-shaped interior (12) an inflatable air hose (16,17) is arranged. The sheet web is placed through pressurized air in the inflatable hose and thereby tensioned. In the same way the two overlapping sheet webs are pressed against the concrete wall through air pressure into the hose and thereby seal the seam. At the end the pressurized air is replaced by an incompressible medium such as concrete. The U-shaped parts of the metal profile are arranged with a space between, forming a ridge that is anchored to the concrete wall.
