An expansion type heat radiating plate structure is provided to install the expansion type heat radiating plate on a conventional heat radiating plate by inserting an end portion of the expansion type heat radiating plate to the conventional heat radiating plate. An expansion type heat radiating plate structure has a body unit coupled with an electrical device. A heat radiating pin is formed on the body unit. The expansion type heat radiating plate includes a planar expansion body unit(32) and an expansion type heat radiating pin(34). The planar expansion body unit is coupled with an upper end of the body unit and contacted with the body unit. The heat is delivered from the body unit to the expansion type body unit. The expansion type heat radiating pin is protruded from a side surface of the expansion type body unit. An insertion bump is protruded from a bottom portion of the expansion type body unit. A mounting hole to which the insertion bumps are inserted, is formed on the body unit.
