An electromagnetic susceptibility interrupting circuit is provided to prevent malfunction of electric/electronic equipment by blocking strong electric field or noise generated from an external noise source. A ferrite bead(130) is connected in series with a signal line of electric/electronic equipment to interrupt a high-frequency signal to be supplied through an external input terminal(160). A parallel resistor(110) is connected in parallel with the external input terminal. A parallel capacitor(120) is connected in parallel with the parallel resistor to serve as a low-pass filter. A zener diode(140) is connected in parallel with the parallel resistor and the parallel capacitor to interrupt a voltage of a predetermined level.
