A flat-type MIMO array antenna is provided to prevent distortion of a radiating pattern by suppressing interference between antenna elements by using an isolation element between the elements. A flat-type MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output) array antenna includes a substrate, plural antenna elements(111,113), and at least one isolation element(131). The antenna elements are arranged on the substrate. The isolation element is arranged between the antenna elements and connected to a ground unit. The isolation element destructively cancels the effect of an electromagnetic wave from the antenna elements to other antenna elements. The isolation element is connected to the ground unit through a predetermined via-hole. Plural feeding units(121,123) supply power to each of the antenna elements.
