An air-bag module for a passenger seat is provided to increase flow efficiency of deployment gas by forming a plurality of nozzles having a larger diameter as far from a gas discharging port. In a passenger air-bag module, an air-bag housing is supported by a cowl cross bar. An inflator discharges deployment gas of high pressure by being installed in the air-bag housing during a collision. A cushion is received in the air-bag housing with being folded several times and an inlet thereof is arranged to be communicated with a gas discharge unit of the inflator. A retainer(80) introduces deployment pressure of the inflator by fixing the inlet of the cushion to the air-bag housing. A gas discharging port is provided on one side of the inflator to discharge the deployment gas with high pressure. And, a stud is provided on the retainer to fixing the opened inlet of the cushion to the air-bag housing.
