An assembly of a barrel and a heater in an extruding apparatus and an assembling method thereof are provided to quickly control the temperature of the barrel by easily discharging heat of the barrel through the heater. In an assembly of a barrel(110) and a heater(120) in an extruding apparatus(100), the heater is formed as a hollow cylinder to surround the barrel. A pin(123) is formed on the outer surface of the heater. The heater is formed by assembling two separated materials(121) separated symmetrically in a longitudinal direction. A bolt passes through the interface surface of the two separated materials in a vertical direction. One coil spring is inserted between a head of the bolt and the heater. Another coil spring is positioned between a nut and the heater to press the two separated materials. The assembled heater is heated until an operation temperature becomes 100~130 degrees during extrusion. The barrel is inserted into a cavity of the heater.
