<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical wood processing method reduced in the number of parts and the number of work processes even in a case that a light transmitting part is provided to a part of a product using wood, and a compressed wood product. <P>SOLUTION: Wood is compressed to be processed into a predetermined three-dimensional shape so as to contain a part becoming 0.75 or above, more preferably 0.80 or more in the compression ratio in the wall thickness direction of the wood due to compression and light transmitting properties are provided to that part. This compression is performed by a pair of molds and a projection part is provided to at least one of the molds provided to a place smaller than the other part in the compression ratio to realize the above mentioned compression ratio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
