The device (1) has a middle part in the form of a case (2) with an end, which is to be mounted on a building construction (11) and is formed as a screw (3). Another screw (4) that can be screwed in a thread of the case is provided at another end of the case. The two screws lie in the same axis, and the head of the former screw is provided with a recess for a tool e.g. Allen key. The case has two regions (6, 7) with small cross section at the ends of the case. An independent claim is also included for a mounting arrangement with a mounting device.
