PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for repairing a blade of an integrated rotor having a shape gradually changing and variable thickness. SOLUTION: A patch is welded by electron beam for repairing the blade 2. This method is started by machining a damaged zone to obtain a zone 10 to be repaired having a defined contour. Namely, a second test specimen element corresponding to the patch is welded on a first test specimen element corresponding to the blade 2 having the defined contour to obtain a test specimen for initial process. When quality of the test specimen is verified and the quality complies with repair receiving criteria, same electron beam welding machine is used without changing operation parameters and the patch is welded on the zone 10 to be welded, and the repaired zone is reworked by machining.
