MAKEUP REMOVER BASE MATERIAL AND MAKEUP REMOVING SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a makeup removing sheet that has a better removing property than ordinary nonwoven fabric and less stimulation to the skin. SOLUTION: The makeup removing sheet is a laminated nonwoven fabric composed by stacking and integrating at least two or more layers of nonwoven fabric. The stacked nonwoven fabric is provided with at least a layer of nonwoven fabric composed of (A) nano-fibers made of thermoplastic resin which single fiber of 1-500 nm diameter at number average and (B) fibers with the diameter of a single fiber larger than the nano-fibers at number average.
