<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor without requiring a C ring for compressing and holding a return spring. <P>SOLUTION: The return spring 52 is installed on the outer periphery of a driving shaft 10 between a ball joint 22 and a bearing member 16, and is allowed to directly abut on the ball joint 22 and the bearing member 16.
