LIPASE POWDER PREPARATION, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND USE OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipase powder preparation improved in lipase activity and stability, and to provide a method for producing the same.

SOLUTION: The lipase powder preparation consists of granules comprising a lipase and bean protein. Another version of this preparation comprises the above two components and fat-and-oil. The method for producing the lipase powder preparation comprises evaporating an aqueous solution with the lipase and the bean protein dissolved/dispersed therein to dryness.
