PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage controller for an alternator for a vehicle that can improve cooling capability, and can be manufactured at low cost. SOLUTION: The voltage controller 25 is provided with an IC chip 251 for a control circuit as a control circuit, radiation fins 253 bonded and fixed to the control circuit, and a casing 255 that seals and fixes the IC chip 251 for a control circuit with a sealing resin.
