PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock control technique suitable for a voice communication terminal. SOLUTION: The voice communication terminal 3 has a "leaving one's seat" detector 38 for detecting that a user has left own terminal, and a lock control unit 37. The lock control unit 37 determines whether the detection of a "leaving one's seat" state by the "leaving one's seat" detector 38 continues at least for prescribed time. When it is determined that the detection of "leaving one's seat" has continued for at least prescribed time, control is performed for preventing voice inputted to the own terminal from being transmitted to one's call party, and for preventing the voice of one's call party from being outputted from the own terminal.
