PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily input a comment suitable to a user by a comment input device for inputting a comment to be added to an image. SOLUTION: An image storage part 2 stores an image which is already given a comment. An image which is given incidental information related to incidental information given to an object image as an object of comment input is retrieved from an image storage part 2, and a comment given to the retrieved image is displayed in an input area displayed in a comment input picture so that the comment can be input.
