PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing head for enabling stable printing, and a printer. SOLUTION: The printing head 20 is constituted so that branch pipes 44 are obliquely connected to a linear main pipe 42 and a connection part 47 where the branch pipes 44 are connected to the main pipe 42, are directed toward the flow upstream side of ink. Accordingly, the flow of the ink does not stagnate at the connection part 47 at the time of printing or at the time of circulation of the ink air bubbles or spacer particles are hard to inter an ink chamber 46. Further, since the flow rate of the ink flowing in the connection part 47 from the main pipe 42 is large, an eddy flow occurs in the ink chamber 46 when the ink is forcibly discharged from a nozzle 45 air bubbles or spacer flowing water is washed away.
