PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller-cutter fixing device of a tunnel boring machine, which can shorten time for the operation of replacing a roller cutter, by simplifying the operation of replacing it. SOLUTION: A first fixing member 20 is detachably attached to a side end of a bearing recess of a fixing-member storage recess 13 from the rear side; a pair of second fixing members 25 is detachably attached to the recess 13 from the rear side in such a manner as to be separated from each other; engaging parts 25a of them are engaged with a pair of engaging recesses 14 in such a manner as to be immovable backward, respectively; a third fixing member 30 is detachably attached from the backside between the pair of second fixing members 25 in the recess 13, so as to be fastened to the member 20 by a fastening member 45; a pair of tapered surfaces 25b widened toward the backward is formed on the pair of second fixing members 25, and a pair of tapered parts 30a, which is engaged with the pair of tapered surface 25b, is formed on the member 30.
