PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow for sick persons having whiplash injury or the like having a structure not abutting on the neck passively, more precisely not abutting on the cervical spine but capable of supporting the neck whole body. SOLUTION: This pillow 1 is formed with a left pillow part 12 and a right pillow part 13 by forming a cut 11 in a range extending from the neck 21 to the back head part 23 of a user when the user puts the head 2 thereon, and a connecting pillow part 14 formed by connecting the left pillow part 12 to the right pillow part 13 in a range of the top head part, and at least closely connects opposed end parts 121 and 131 of the left pillow part 12 and the right pillow part 13.
