A method for displaying data broadcasting application information of a digital television receiver is provided to previously receive and decode the AIT(Application Information Table) information. A process for starting an application download is performed(S10). A process for displaying a data broadcasting application download progress state is performed(S20). A confirmation key is inputted from a user(S30). When a remote controller confirmation key is inputted, AIT information is obtained and decoded(S40) and thereafter the AIT information is decoded(S50). An abstract information is constructed and displayed on a screen on the basis of the decoded AIT information(S60). When completing the download, the corresponding application is executed(S70). |
