Any challenger has transmitter connected in series with de-coupling unit and directional aerial, as well as receiver which has input connected with second output of de-coupling unit. Any response-receiver has directional aerial connected in series with de-coupling unit and receiver connected with transmitter, which has output connected with second unit of de-coupling unit, as well as code number memory cell. Any challenger has video camera additionally. Outputs of video cameras are connected with first input of computer through matching unit, which computer is installed at any check point. Second input of computer is connected with outputs of receiver of challenger through second matching unit. First output of computer is connected with inputs of corresponding transmitters of challengers through third matching unit. Second output of computer is connected with inputs of video cameras through third matching unit. Challengers are disposed above lines of road in such a way that directional pattern of any directional aerial doesn't go out of borders of corresponding row line of road. Directional aerials of response-receivers are disposed at top part of transportation vehicle in such a way that directional patter embraces challenger disposed above that specific lane of road. ^ EFFECT: widened functional abilities; ability of recognition of transportation vehicles on multi-lane highway; improved precision of measurement of speed. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg
