PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent trouble such as clogging by a probe pin when the probe pin is automatically inserted by a probe pin insertion mechanism, reduce time required for handling the trouble, and improve an equipment utilization rate. SOLUTION: The probe pin transfer system comprises a parts feeder 1 for positioning and discharging a supplied first probe pin 10 through vibration, a supply rail 2 to which the first probe pin 10 positioned by the parts feeder 1 is supplied, and a pin transfer rail 3 for transferring the first probe pin 10 transferred from the supply rail 2 to the probe pin insertion mechanism 18. A probe pin separating mechanism A is provided between the supply rail 2 and the pin transfer rail 3, which transfers a proper first probe pin 10 to the probe pin insertion mechanism 18 by discriminating the shape of the first probe pin 10 and separates and collects a second probe pin 20.
