PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of searching preparation condition of fine particle made of organic compound capable of searching proper preparation condition highly quickly and highly efficiently when preparing fine particles made of organic compound having a desired particle size by using a poor solvent precipitation method. SOLUTION: The method of searching preparation conditions of fine particle made of organic compound is composed of a primary screening process of: mixing a poor solvent solution containing a poor solvent and an interfacial active agent, and an organic compound solution made by dissolving an organic compound into a good solvent which is miscible to the poor solvent and is capable of easily dissolving the organic compound under a plurality of preparation conditions; thereby preparing the fine particles made of organic compound in the state of dispersion liquid; measuring the turbidity of transmission light of the dispersion liquid with respect to the prepared fine particles made of organic compound; and thereby screening the proper preparation conditions, and a secondary screening process of: measuring the particle size with respect to the fine particles made of organic compound prepared under the preparation conditions screened by the primary screening process; and thereby screening the more proper conditions.
