<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which easily and rapidly changes an exchange rate list of pachinko balls or slot machine coins according to change in price of tobacco brand or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A CD-ROM storing data for an exchange rate list model is distributed to a pachinko parlor. After the model is downloaded to a user personal computer 6, update data for tobacco brand can be downloaded from an operator server 7 to the user personal computer 5 through an Internet line 6. The downloaded update data is automatically replaced with old data by the user's operation, and printed by a printer 10, and the latest exchange rate list is thus easily formed by printing it by a printer 10.
