PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dredging equipment which enables dredged sediment on the bottom of the water to be lifted through a discharge pipe from the inside of a grab bucket of a backhoe since the grab bucket is held on the bottom of the water while being hardly moved up and down, can reduce water pollution caused by the scattering of the dredged sediment, dispenses with the vertical great movement of the grab bucket during dredging, and efficiently performs dredging operation. SOLUTION: In this dredging equipment using the backhoe BH, a flap 20 which is provided in a forcedly openable/closable manner in the entrance 14 of the grab bucket V provided at the leading end of the bent boom B of the backhoe BH is moved in a rubbing manner in the grab bucket V, and the discharge pipe 30 is connected to the top surface of the grab bucket V in a state of communicating with it, and elongated to a hopper barge S2 via the top of a work barge S1.
