PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for treatment of hepatitis C which comprises a substance obtained by screening full length genome replicating cells of HCV which expresses reporter gene products and having anti-HCV (hepatitis C virus) action as an active component. SOLUTION: The full length genome replicating cell which expresses the reporter gene product, is obtained by inducing a RNA including the reporter gene sequence, selection marker gene sequence and HCV full length genome sequence as a parent cell using a curative cell derived from HCV full length genome replicating cells.
