<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent data recorded in an external device from being compiled. <P>SOLUTION: In a step S13, whether or not this information processor is connected to an external device is judged. An object to be judged as the external device is configured as a device having a function for browsing and compiling data recorded in itself. In the step S13, when it is judged that the external device is connected, a region (area) in which hidden data (data which are not suitable for the object of compilation) are recorded is unmounted in a step S14. When the area is unmounted, the external device is put in such a status that the area is not viewable. In a step S15, communication with the data of the unmounted area as an object is operated. When the connection of the external device is released, the unmounted area is mounted.
