PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device high in the degree of freedom of design and component procurement and capable of suppressing increase of a product cost without increasing facility expense. SOLUTION: This organic EL display device is provided with: a flexible substrate 101; an organic transistor 21 formed on the side of one surface of the flexible substrate 101; and an organic EL element 22 formed on the organic transistor 21 through an insulation layer 107; and includes a reflecting layer 109 between a luminescent layer 5 of the organic EL element 22 and the insulation layer 107 for reflecting light emitted from the luminescent layer 5 toward the insulation layer 107 side.
