<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make swash plate formed out of metal matrix of a swash plate type compressor usable for a swash plate type compressor using carbon dioxide as refrigerant by coating the same with a coating layer excellent in seizure resistance, adhesion and wear resistance. <P>SOLUTION: Coating 11 composed of fluororesin, heat resistant resin and metal oxide powder is formed on a surface of metal matrix 3a forming the swash plate 3. Consequently, seizure resistance is secured by fluororesin, sufficient adhesion with metal matrix 3a is secured by heat resistant resin, excellent wear resistance is secured by metal oxide powder, the metallic base material 3a of the swash plate 3 is coated with the coating layer excellent in not only seizure resistance but also adhesion and wear resistance, and the swash plate is made durable for the swash plate compressor using carbon dioxide as refrigerant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
