PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a middle joint for a panel body capable of easily exchanging mounting boards, preventing a swelling at the middle of a long frame body, performing locking so as to enable or disable the frame body to pivotally move by extending an attachment base which is fixed to a back board with screws or an adhesive, and dispensing with joints at corner parts. SOLUTION: The middle joint 3 comprises: a pivotal movement base part 3c having a pivotal movement axial support 3a to be fitted to a pivotal movement bearing part 1a, and a bending part side lock part 3b to be locked to a middle partition side lock part 1d; a bending part 3d and an attachment base connection part 3e which are extended from the pivotal movement base part 3c; the attachment base 3g extended from the attachment base connection part 3e, having a fixing part 3f; a bending part side rocking part 3h raised from the bending part 3d; a seesaw rod 4 to be rockably mounted on the bending part side rocking part 3h, having a seesaw rod side rocking part 4a; pressing parts 4b formed in the seesaw rod 4; and an elastic restriction part 4c to be inserted/separated to/from an opening between the pivotal movement base part 3c and the bending part 3d.
