<p>PURPOSE: A waste styrofoam reduce system of aquafarm's float is provided to reduce waste styrofoam volume of float used in farm, to make effective and quick reduction of enormous volume of waste styrofoam, to safely treat harmful gas, etc. generated during reducing, and to offer stabilized quality of recycled styrofoam. CONSTITUTION: The waste styrofaom reduce system of aquafarm's float largely includes; a crushing unit(300); a washing unit(400); a dehydrating unit(500); a drying unit(600); and a volume reducing unit(700); wherein foreign substances as seawater, oyster, shell, etc. are continuously separated and removed from the waste styrofoam like aquafarm's float, and the volume reduction is carried out; wherein conveyors(200,810) or feed blowers(340,540,553,650,663) are installed before and behind the above described units(300,400,500,600,700), so that the waste styrofoam can be automatically fed; and wherein a washing hopper(470), a dehydrating reservoir(550), a drying reservoir(660) and a storage hopper(710) are installed and so the waste styrofoam can be temporarily stored, so that the whole timing of the system can be smoothly operated.</p> |
