PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an inexpensive test piece which makes it possible to judge the detection of physiological composite reaction in a visually easy manner. SOLUTION: The test piece for detecting the physiological composite reaction capable of being used in the medical treatment spot, its manufacturing method and the detection method using the test piece are disclosed. Concretely, the test piece includes a base material, the physiologically active substance fixing region provided on the base material by fixing a physiologically active substance on the base material and the colorimetric region provided on the base material and is made characteric in the coloring of the physiologically active substance fixing region and the colorimetric region. In a case that the number of the fixed physiologically active substances becomes many, the test piece enables the detection of a physiological composite reaction without requiring the analyzing load of a measuring person and enables the rapid response in the medical treatment spot.
