PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate initial setting and resetting of continuous paper sheets and to simplify the control of a gluing motion. SOLUTION: A line-cutting means 20 which cuts the continuous paper sheets P in a plurality of lines in the lateral direction, a line-stacking conveyance means 23 which stacks and conveys the continuous paper sheets PL of each line cut by the line-cutting means, a unit paper cutting means 21 whereby the continuous paper sheets PL of each line stacked by the line-stacking conveyance means is cut simultaneously into unit paper, while it is left stacked, a unit paper separation means 50 whereby a plurality of sheets of the unit paper PU cut off by the unit paper cutting means and left stacked are separated into each one sheet, unit paper conveyance means 51, 35 whereby the sheets of the unit paper separated by the separation means are conveyed in a plurality of lines in the longitudinal direction X, gluing means 36 which apply glue to prescribed sheets of the unit paper sheets PU conveyed by the unit paper conveyance means 35, and a stacking bookbinding means 61 which stacks the sheets of the unit paper PU in a plurality at one stacking place and sticks them with the glue applied to the prescribed sheets of the unit paper PU, so as to prepare a booklet S, are provided in the equipment.
