<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode in which it is not necessary to accompany steam in using fuel containing hydrocarbon, and deterioration of a fuel electrode due to oxidation by carbon deposition and/or accompanying steam can be prevented and durability can be improved, and furthermore, both fuel efficiency in using hydrogen and/or hydrocarbon and an output improvement can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode for a solid electrolyte fuel cell is composed of a mixture of an electronic conductor and an oxygen ion conductor and/or an electron-oxygen ion mixed conductor and a proton conductor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
